Our Story
Spring Creek Maple Farm has been part of the local landscape for longer than any of us can remember. Nestled among the maple trees of Hastings County, our sugar bush is more than a business – it’s a family tradition and a commitment to the land that sustains us.
Every spring, when the days warm and the nights stay cold, we tap our trees and boil the sap on a wood fire the way it’s been done since time immemorial. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just pure maple syrup, made with care and respect for the forest.
Our farm is powered entirely by solar energy. Sustainability isn’t a buzzword here – it’s how we live and work. We believe that taking care of the land means the land will take care of future generations.
What We Offer
🥞 Maple Syrup
Pure maple syrup in every grade — from delicate Golden to robust Dark. Available in sizes from 250ml to bulk. Our signature maple butter is also available seasonally.
🌲 Timber & Forestry
Responsibly harvested timber and forestry products from our managed woodlot. Sustainable harvest practices that protect the ecosystem for generations to come.
🥧 Farm Kitchen
